Registration Instructions

 

1.  Download the Commander's Approval form by clicking on this button:

 

2.  Fill out the Commander's Approval form and send to your Commander for his / her signature.

 

3.  Go to the following website:  https://army.deps.mil/Army/CMDS/USARC_81RSC/Chaplain/Lists/Strong%20Bonds%20Registration/User%20View.aspx

 

NOTE: 

You must have a CAC card to access the website.

Select the "email" certificate (if you are using Internet Explorer) or "signature" certificate (if you are using Firefox).

 

4.  On that page click, "Add new item."

 

5.  Fill out the registration form.

 

6.  Attach the Commander's Approval Form and click submit.

 

7.  Check your registration status by visiting the registration webpage.
